Adam Ondra's favourite training set, because you can't cheat the intended grip on these climbing holds.

• Positivity: Negative, flat and positive,
• Grip type: Crimps, edges, and pinches,
• Climbing style: Lead, Bouldering.

Delivery times:

• Black, Blue, Mint, Purple, Red, Yellow, Fluo pink: same day shipping(!)
• Any other color: made to order (usually 6 weeks).

Please note: we are not a fan of the color 'white', because it tends to turn yellow-ish over time.
